Amulet of the beast

Upon the wearer speaking the activation word and breaking the amulet they become the creature imprinted within. This effect lasts until the wearer is dead or twenty-four hours pass. 

For the purpose of dispel magic the DC is 19. 

Notes: Once the amulet is used it is destroyed, when used it heals the wearer up to half of the imprinted creature's max hit points rounded up. The creature must be no smaller then medium and no bigger then huge or a giant/dire version of a natural animal. Ex: giant spider, giant snake, elephant. The wearer gains all abilities and bonuses as well as all negative effects the creature has. Upon transformation the wearer must make a DC 15 or become lost to the creature's natural instinct, success negates. For the purpose of dispel magic the DC is 19. , Shapechanging, Consumable, Jewelry
