You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
On a critical hit with this weapon the mechanism within the head of the maul fires, allowing for another nearly instantaneous strike. When a creature rolls a critical hit on an attack with the Auto-Maul they may make another attack with it instantaneously with no additional action necessary by them. This may continue as long as the creature continues to roll consecutive critical successes on their attacks with the Auto-Maul.
On a critical failure on an attack roll with the weapon, the mechanism in the head of the maul misfires, and the creature wielding it must roll a strength save DC 15 or drop the Auto-Maul. A creature who binds the Auto-Maul to their hands in order to prevent dropping it takes 4d6 force damage and need not roll the save.
The weapon inexplicably conveys proficiency with land vehicles.
Proficiency with a Maul allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Proficiency: Vehicles (Land), Damage, Combat, Heavy, Two-Handed, Topple
