Armor (plate), artifact (requires attunement by a [Special, See Description])

An Artificer's Suit is the pinnacle of their power, showing their mastery of their craft and allowing them to enhance their abilities tremendously.

Infusing and Attunement: This item is treated as an infusion that requires attunement. However, it has the following special traits:

  • Infusing this item takes 2 hours of light work (such as during a long rest) to be created. No crafting time reductions can be applied to this
  • This infusion counts as 2 infusions as far as how many active infusions you can have is conserned
  • Attuning to this item is considered as attuning to 3 items and is required to reap any benefits from the suit
  • Only the artificer who created this infusion can attune to it, and only an artificer over level 20 can create it. Any ability, spell, item, etc that would normally allow someone/thing to ignore attunement requirements can not ignore any of the requirements for this suit

Whenever you take a long rest you can reconfigure the suit's modules. The suit can have 5 modules to use lv. 21, and every time you level up the suit can have an additional module active.

  • Magic Item Integration You can integrate magic items into the suit. Each item must undergo modifications that normally take 2 hours to complete. Once modified in this way, these items can not be converted back to their normal forms and are un-usable except in artificer suits. These items can be added to the suit using 1 module when you reconfigure the suit. These items all adhere to logical limits on how many of a certain item can be integrated this way, such as only one suit of armor, one weapon per arm, one helmet, etc. Wondrous items and rings do not have a limit. Any weapon, wand, or staff integrated this way acts as an arm blade or wand sheath. Every item added to the suit in this way counts as attuned as long as you are attuned to the suit. You can have as many of his module as you want at any given time
  • Extra Arms You can create extra arms for the suit. By using 3 modules, the suit has an extra pair of arms that you can perfectly control. These arms can hold weapons and tools, and you gain an extra action and bonus action to use these arms, which can not be controlled using any other actions. They also grant advantage on dexterity saves and checks that use the arms, and crafting takes half as long if your extra arms have a tool set of their own
  • On-Demand You can call the suit to you. By using 3 modules, You can use an action to call the suit to come to you as long as you are within 1,000 feet of the suit. It travels at a speed of 60 feet per turn until it reaches you

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
