Alpha's Ruby Earing

While you wear this ear ring, you can use a bonus action and activate it's power. If you do, the Ear ring doubles your walking speed, and any creature that makes an opportunity attack against you has disadvantage on the attack roll. you gain 1 extra attack per round and have the ability to push yourself further than before and use an action surge to gain a full round of actions and bonus action 

once used, this lasts for 1 min and the magic ceases to function until you finish a short or long rest.
