If the attuned wearer of the Amulet would drop to 0 hit points, they drop to one hit point instead. This feature of the amulet can only be used once per day, the ability recharges at dawn each day. After each use, the wearer rolls a d20. If the result is a 1 or a 2, the amulet loses its magical properties.
