All or Nothing Coin

This gold coin has one incredibly shiny ‘like new’ side, the other is blackened with scuff marks and dirt.

Once a day the owner of this coin can flip it instead of rolling a d20.

Heads critical success, tails critical failure.

If used, the next day at dawn roll a d20, if a natural one is received then the coin loses all markings and is now a regular gold piece worth 1gp.
