Wondrous Item, legendary
A deep purple stone. When held, it thrums with arcane energy. Its properties are not enabled unless it is embedded in an individual's skin. The embedding is done by holding the stone to bare skin for 5 minutes and passing a DC18 Constitution check.
Upon embedding, the gem allows the bearer to increase the DC of any spell cast by the user to 25 up to 3 times per long rest.
