Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement)
A Magical Weapon passed down through the Ages.
- It can absorb and take on the properties of a magical Longsword if both are held together and meditated with for 30 minutes. The magical sword is absorbed (destroyed) and the Ancestral Sword gains it's properties, overwriting the properties formerly on the weapon.
- After taking 30 minutes to focus on it, the sword's looks can be customized. You can inscribe words in any language you know to it, and vary the color and shape so long as it remains a Longsword.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
