This forearm sized metal contraption houses a small chamber that houses a barbed harpoon. Using an action, the wielder may fire the harpoon at a target within range. On a hit, the target takes 2d6 piercing damaged and is grappled by the chain that connects the device and the harpoon. While the chain is still attached, the wielder may use their actions to attempt to drag in the target with a contested strength check. A critical success is 10 ft, a success is 5ft, a failure is no effect, and a critical failure is a loss of 5ft, although this loss of length cannot go beyond the range of the weapon. A creature grappled by the harpoon can use their action to attempt to rip out the harpoon by making a DC 15 strength check. On a success, the creature will take 2d4 slashing damage from the barbs ripping flesh as they go.
