This armor belonged to the unknown rider, made from the scales of a dragons hide. It was said to protect the wearer from any attack, magical or not.
The armor was crafted by the old elves, made specifically for this rider whose magical prowess was famous in their time (War Caster, allows the wearer to use magic while holding items in both hands). Furthermore, it is said that the armor would protect the user from the vicious poisons used by his enemies. (Immunity to Acid)
The armor is imbued with a spell of protection, that can only be invoked by saying the words "Protect me" in the ancient language. (Skolir Edtha) (Shield spell only 4 charges per long rest)
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
