Arcane Quil

The quil is used by many up and coming wizards and sorcerers to write down spells and secret messages on special parchment papers. This quil can be used to write hidden spells, messages and symbols on parchment paper. The writer will see the message for 1 minute before it becomes invisible and can only be read by the person who wrote it or to the creature that it is intended for. The ink message would reappear to all to see if a creature cast dispel magic at level 3. It can be used 3 time before running out of Mana Ink.
