3 charges, bonus action to activate, lasts 1 minute, adds one martial arts die of one size smaller than current die (minimum of d4), deals lighting damage.
Special Action: Channel Lightning
While one of the charges is active, you can choose to end the damaging effect and channel the charge into a powerful strike. When you end the charge in this way, your lightning or thunder damage is maximized for the strike you choose to end the effect on. The charge is then expended. All charges recover at dawn.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
