Amulet of Sacrifice

The Amulet of Sacrifice was created when the great hero Shokis the Magnificent gave his life to save his comrades in an epic battle against the forces of evil. Some say that his life force resides inside the pulsating ruby of the amulet. This great artifact has 7 charges. As an action the wearer can expend one charge to give to a target, in a range of 20 ft., 1d8+proficiency modifier of health. He then suffers the same amount of health loss. No more than 3 charges can be spent at the same round and if the wearer spends the last charge, the amulet shatters into pieces and the spirit of the hero haunts the wearer until a remove curse is cast. Every night at midnight, the amulet restores 1d4 charges.
