Wondrous Item, rare
These magic hand lamps are a rarity throughout most of the world, and are usually only seen in the domiciles of Arch Mages, High Ranking Arcanists and within the walls of the Arcanum Vestigum.
These lamps exude a light as bright as any torch or oil lantern, however the light is infinite and does not flicker. To add to their sought after features, they can be crafted to output almost any colour and come in many shapes.
This is a classic Arcanist’s Lamp and mostly resembles a hand lantern. Its light is adjustable in brightness but expands all around.
