Wondrous Item, rare
These magic hand lamps are a rarity throughout most of the world, and are usually only seen in the domiciles of Arch Mages, High Ranking Arcanists and within the walls of the Arcanum Vestigum.
These lamps exude a light as bright as any torch or oil lantern, however the light is infinite and does not flicker. To add to their sought after features, they can be crafted to output almost any colour and come in many shapes.
This is a variation on the normal Arcanist’s Lamp and mostly resembles a hooded thief lantern. Its light is adjustable in brightness and focuses it’s light in a single direction, making it more discreet.
