Amulet of Joviality

An amulet normally by priests who worship the smiling god. The amulet allows the wearer to, whenever they defeat a foe, invoke the smiling god by coming up with a snappy one liner or joke that pertains to the situation. If it is deemed funny enough by the smiling god (DM), the user will gain 1d6 hit points, however, if it is deemed not funny, then the user takes 1d6 necrotic damage instead.
