The wondrous amulet - wrought of wood elf and moon elf magic - is a large moonstone set in an intricately carved wooden crescent moon. Only a handful of these amulets exist, and a gossamer thread of the Feywild still connects them to each other. An attuned wearer may hear soft voices emanating from it - faint whispers from across the elven realms.
The amulet may be used as a caster's spell focus - a crystal arcane focus, a totem druidic focus, or a holy amulet focus.
At Level 1, once per day the wearer may utter the phrase 'Liathyra Lights My Way' to have the amulet emit moonlight for up to 10 minutes. The moonlight cast by the amulet permits the use of the Perception advantage.
At Level 3 the amulet channels Elven lore.
At Level 5 the amulet permits the wearer to cast Moonbeam.
