Ashcaster Wand

This dark wand seems to be made of a black horn-like material which spirals tightly. For its small size, it weights a remarkable amount. It functions as a +2 spell focus.

This wand has one charge per day, and only gains a new charge by rolling a 4 on a d4 the next morning. You can expend the charge to cast the Disintegrate spell. After the spell is cast, roll a percentile dice.

If under 50% the wand disintegrates itself and vanishes from the users hand.

If over 50% the wand is fine and can be used again when it gains a new charge.

Each time this wand disintegrates a target. It's chance of destroying itself drops by 10%.
