Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
These robes are experimental yet the power within may cause one to ignore all caution.
As a bonus action the wearer can spout forth a pair of spectral, arcane wings. The wings are not capable of carrying more than 50 more lbs than the wearer.
The Robe has 12 charges which can be used to cast the following spells: Heat Metal, Bane, Absorb Elements, Telekinesis, and Control Weather.
Notes: Set: Innate Speed (Flying), Spellcaster
