This shield is made from Ankheg chitin over a metal frame and is carried in one hand. Wielding a shield increases your Armor Class by 2. You can benefit from only one shield at a time.

 

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
