This breastplate, although made of steel, was forged surrounded by burning adamantine meteor rocks. While you're wearing it, any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit and you gain a +1 to AC.

This particular breastplate was smelted with adamantine meteors from Aberrus, the Far Realm of Dreams. This makes you immune to the charmed and frightened conditions as well as all psychic damage when this armor is equipped.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
