Ares’ Map and Compass

A map made from magical parchment and a compass laden with runes and gold. When its magic word command is spoken and the map and compass are put together, the map will show the area within 20 miles and can zoom in and out when the compass is adjusted clockwise or counter-clockwise respectively. When the map and compass are separated or one of them is destroyed, both items are useless.
