A crossbow made from the best foreclaimer engineer. This crossbow is able to make an arrow contain a spell of level 6 or lower. If the spell explodes upon contact, the arrow will explode with 1/3 of its explosion radius. If a person or object is hit with an arrow containing a spell, the spells effects start to affect the user or object 2 minutes after contact.
Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
