A small red gem that crackles with a reddish lightning lay within an adamantite necklace. Once per week, an attuned creature may sacrifice the soul stored in the gem to create a 100 foot beam of energy in front of them. The user immediately loses all of their health, and all creatures in the range take 5D20+5D12 unresistable radiant damage.
