Amber Spectacles

These amber-lens spectacles are both functional and fashionable.

While wearing these spectacles, you cannot be at disadvantage with ranged attack rolls. In addition, when a hostile creature that you had marked with Hunter's Mark drops to 0 hit points, the mark will automatically transfer to a new target of your choice. You do not need to use a bonus action for this, nor does it have to be your turn. 

While wearing the spectacles, you have you have truesight with a radius of 120ft. Additionally, while wearing these spectacles, you can cast the scrying spell (save DC 17).
