This body of this ornate and large clock is made of Ironwood and has arcane runes etched in Mithril into it. The clock face and mechanism is made of brass, and embedded with Star Sapphires, Rubies, Obsidian, an Agate and an Opal. The clock movement tracks time, day, month, year, season, day and night cycles with extreme accuracy. When detect magic is cast upon the clock, it radiates a strong temporal magic.
While the clock is in a room, the owner and any allies gain advantage on all Intelligence, Arcana, and Investigation checks.
The clock, when obtained, has 3 charges. Any used charges are restored when the clock strikes midnight. When the third charge is used, a d20 is rolled. On a roll of 1, the clock ceases to function and all of its magic is lost.
A stitch in time: When the proper command word is uttered, the clock temporarily freezes time per the spell Time Stop. Using this ability consumes a charge.
Down the rabbit hole: With the proper command word, the user can open the cabinet door and step through and be teleported away per the spell Dimension Door. Using this ability consumes a charge.
