Once this cloak is adorned with the hood up shadows solidify around you and flow like ink. In broad daylight you become easy to ignore and partially hidden from sight, twilight or partial shadows it is as though you are in complete darkness with anyone looking directly at you unable to see into the dark.

Perception checks have disadvantage to see you, and you have advantage on stealth checks made to hide.
Once per short rest you can cast the Darkness spell as an action.
You have resistance to cold and fire damage while wearing the cloak.

You gain the benefits of feather fall spell when falling more than 10 feet.
You can take an action once per long rest to cast Hail of thorns as max level spell you can cast.
3 time per day, you may cast warp step as a bonus action.

While in dim light or darkness, your movement speed is increased by 10 feet and you make so noise while moving
