Wondrous Item, rare
An arrow of blasting is a magic weapon created by a crazy and unknown wizard. Stories are that they created a huge batch of such arrows - many sheaves worth - for a war in antiquity. In an unfortunate accident, they exploded and destroyed most of them. Only a few survived the blast and were scattered far and wide.
