Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Humanoid)
These amulets are gifted to crews of the elves' mystic triremes to fight the Githyanki. These amulets have two charges. Once spent, the charges cannot be regained, but the features of the amulets that do not require charges continue to function. While attuned, these amulets confer the following benefits on their wearers:
- +2 bonus to Armor Class.
- Resistance to psychic damage.
- Advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put the wearer to sleep.
- As a bonus action, the wearer can expend one charge to cast the fly spell.
