An arrow of spraying is a magic weapon meant to spray the arrow head and target with the substance stored inside the canister at the neck of the arrowhead. Substances May include acid water powder etc
The arrow of spraing only sprays if it hits a blunt or solid surface causing the contents to be sprayed onto the arrowhead and Target. The target and arrowhead take damage or DC requirements as if being hit by the substance.
if the arrowhead hits a soft Target or person it acts as a standard arrow.
Once an arrow of spraying has a chance at being damage after use (at dungeon Masters discretion)
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of spraying meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
