Amulet of the Shifter

While wearing this amulet, you can use your bonus action to temporarily shift in and out of any shape change affect that you have cast on yourself, such as Wild Shape or a polymorph spell.

You regain your original stats, abilities, and hit points including attacks, but you cannot cast spells while suspending a shift unless your shapeshifted form can also cast spells. When you return to your shifted form, you return to the same hit points and stats as you had before suspending it.

The duration of the shifting ability or spell does not get suspended, and any concentration required to maintain the spell still persists. 

Notes: This item is usable in any form, whether or not the item is absorbed or worn in the shifted shape.
