Armour of the Gathering Storm

This armour glows slightly in darkness pulsing in time with tiny faint flickers of lightning that seem to arc within the steel of the plate. The metal is warm to the touch, and although the glow of the armour is noticible it is not enough to see by.

The mail Shirt uses an ingenious system of clips and load stones to seemlessly attach plates of blued steel. This allows an experienced warrior to don the armour in less than 15 minutes when alone. It apears that there are some plates missing, enough that the armour could be considered a full plate and mail set if they where attached.

The armour does not include greeves but a mail skirt with armour plates.

Once per long rest you may voluntairly choose to expend a point of exhaustion and raise the armour class of this armour by +1 for 1 minute.

This Armour counts as Magical Armour for the purposes of spell saving throws and conditions.

This Armour grants Resistance to Cold, Thunder and Lightning

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
