Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

The amphora is decorated with simple depictions of many creatures, some living and others long extinct.

The amphora has 2d10 charges. By performing a 1 hour ritual, you can choose any creature you have seen with a challenge rating less than or equal to the number of charges available. The amphora begins to fill with a silky white ichor that flows out and begins to take the shape of the chosen creature. You must make a Charisma check with a DC equal to 5 + the challenge rating of the chosen creature. On a failure, the ichor collapses and the ritual ends. On a success, the ichor solidifies and the creature is formed in the nearest unoccupied space. If there is no space available, the ichor collapses and the ritual ends. No matter the result, all of the amphora's charges are expended.

The creature that is created from the ichor has the appearance, behaviors, and statistics of an average version of the chosen creature type and believes itself to be a creature of that type. The creature does not have any memories and always follows your commands to the best of its abilities. The creature is also a construct.

After 1 week, when the creature is killed, or when the amphora is used again, the creature turns to liquid ichor and collapses. The amphora regains all  expended charges daily at dawn.
