Large staff bestowed upon Archdeacons of the Cathedral of the Deep.
The staff has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use a bonus action and expend 1 charge to enhance the next damaging spell you cast this turn. The next spell you cast that deals damage this turn deals maximum damage.
Once the last charge has been used, it crumbles into a pile of iron scraps.
