This ornately carved helm has a glassy gem in the centre.
You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while you wear this helm.
The helm can grant one resistance at a time. As a reaction when you take acid, cold, fire, lightning, poison, or thunder damage you can gain resistance to the triggering damage. The resistance can be changed once a day, regaining the ability to be changed at dawn.
The gem takes on a hue associated with the resistance the helm is providing. Orange for acid, red for fire, etc.
