Air Element

A swirl of pure silver that hovers a few centimeters above one's hand when held. It also hovers a few millimeters away from any chain it is "attached" to.

Any creature wearing, holding, or carrying the element gains proficiency in Acrobatics and Stealth. If they already have proficiency, they gain expertise. They can also cast Fly on themself of another creature once per day, regardless of class.
