Weapon (longsword), rare (requires attunement by a Good creature)

This weapon appears at first glance to simply be a blunt training longsword of unusually large size, but a second look reveals several unique details. Unlike a common training sword, the blade of this weapon has been silvered, and arcane runes have been carved along its length, glowing a dim, electric blue. On close inspection, one would find two names carved in fine Elvish script under the crossguard: Korvosa Barantiin under one quillon, and Amin Arrna under the other.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. It deals bludgeoning damage instead of slashing, and, when attuned, adds an additional 1d4 lightning damage on a successful hit. In addition, being attuned to this weapon allows the wielder to cast Lightning Bolt once per day at its lowest level. Once the spell is cast, the glowing runes on the blade go dark until the following dawn.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
