While you wear this cloak, you have a +2 bonus to your Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

When its hood is up, your face is indiscernible, as the magic of the cowl shrouds your face is shadows. Only a creature with truesight or one to whom you choose to reveal yourself can make out your appearance. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action. 

You can also use an action to cause the cloak to magically transform into another set of clothing, which lasts for eight hours or until you use an action to end the magical effect. A creature with truesight can perceive the cloak's true form. Once you have used this feature, you cannot do so again until the next day at dawn.
