Ancient Aztec death whistle.
Upon blowing this whistle the screams and cries of the dead can be heard. So horrific it can cause your enemies to become psychologically distracted as you charge into battle.
Use a bonus action during combat to inflict psychological torment on your foes.
If your companions are not warned about this whistle by at least 1 turn prior to use they will also need to make a Intelligence saving throw of 16. Only the user is not affected by the whistle upon use.
The Death whistle can only be used 3 times per short rest.
