Roll a 1D20 if it gets 15 or higher stops time till the sword is resheathed. It freezes time for 1 hour or until the sword is resheathed. In that time you will be able to make 400 attacks against any beings including a god.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
