Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a May be attuned during a short or long rest, but only by one given the amulet by a high priestess of Selune.)
This amulet has 1d4+1 charges. The charges can be used in one of two ways:
1) Before any die roll, the user can expend one charge to make the roll at advantage.
2) After any die roll, the user can expend one charge to re-roll. The user must take the second result.
When the final charge is expended, the amulet becomes an inert, non-magical silver amulet worth 50gp. A Cleric of Selune may use this as a holy symbol.
