While wearing this amulet you gain no passive abilities or bonuses. However as a bonus action you can speak it's command word and command the amulet to release a powerful burst of elemental energy. The type of damage is determined by rolling a D4 when attuning to the amulet. 1d20 plus your constitution modifier. One charge. Once the amulet is used, creature must make a Nature DC of 15 or the amulet is destroyed in the blast.
