Weapon (sling), very rare

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

When an attack lands with this weapon, it attaches to the target. While attached to the target, it cannot move more than 60 ft away from you, and as a bonus action on your turn, you may choose one of the following options:

To me:  You attempt to pull the target towards you. The target must succeed on a STR save (DC = 8 + proficiency + strength modifier) or they are pulled to within 5 ft of you and are knocked prone. On a success, the target stays where it is. Any small inanimate object automatically fails this save, a creature one size larger than you has advantage on the save, and a creature two or more sizes larger than you automatically succeeds the save. After this action is taken the Yo-Yo detaches from the target.

To you: You attempt to pull yourself towards the target. Make an attack roll with advantage using the stats of the sling. On a hit, the target takes 2D6 bludgeoning damage and is pushed back 5 ft as you crash into them. On a miss, you land prone directly in front of the target. After this action is taken the Yo-Yo detaches from the target.

Detach:  The Yo-Yo detaches from the target.

This glimmering Yo-Yo is constantly covered in an arcane adhesive, and bears an image of a spider's web on both sides.

Proficiency with a Sling allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Ammunition, Range, Slow
