Perfect Pearl of Power

While this pearl is on your person, it gives you a +2 bonus to Spell Attack (to Hit) and your Spell Save DC.

Once per day, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot at your maximum spell level. (If you can cast 5th level spells, this is a 5th level spell slot.  If you can only cast 4th level spells, this is a 4th level spell slot, and so on).

Once you use the pearl to regain a spell slot, it can't be used again for this until the next dawn.

This item can be used in conjunction with the Pearl of Power, it does not replace it.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks, Spellcaster, Buff, Utility
