Aunt Betty's Handbag appears to be a 12x8x4" bag made of soft leather, dyed purple with a shoulder strap, handles, and silver hardware. It weighs 5 lbs. and feels from the outside as though it contains a variety of ordinary items as described below. The bag has 4 charges; a holder may expend one charge by reaching into the bag and pulling out an item. Charges will reset with a long rest. If all 4 charges are expended, the player must immediately roll 1d20; on a 1, the bag becomes an ordinary handbag. If this happens, the bag contains 22 silver pieces, a comb, a small tin containing 4 Tablets of Minor Healing (restore 1d4-1 hit points), a roll of breath mints, 2 tubes of lipstick in candy apple red and coral pink, a pair of earrings worth 1gp, half a pack of cigarettes, 1 11'-long CVS receipt, a folding pen knife, and half a bar of chocolate weighing .75 oz. These items are also the contents a non-attuned user will find upon reaching into the bag.
When an attuned user reaches into the bag, they will pull out an item randomly determined on the Aunt Betty's Handbag Table.
