Arcane Calculator of Confusion

This item is a small wooden box with a purple arcane cloud inside of it with a glass panel that looks into the box. The box is carved with intricate swirling symbols that glow purple in the dark (this glow has no real lighting capabilities). As a bonus action, you turn the calculator on and show it to your enemies. The calculator proposes a question so hard that the opposing side has to make a DC17 Wisdom saving throw or take 2D4 psychic damage.
