Whoever wear this amulet and if he'll be worthy of such power, the creature must hold a pure crave of lust with in him or else the amulet would not attune to the bearer and no power will be given to him.
However if the bearer holds a pure crave of lust, the demon lord spirit of Malcanthet awakens and shall bestow the bearer true power of lust. The amulet will be absorbed to the bearers skin, then he will be linked to the demon spirit and red mist comes out within the bearers body (demon spirit).

Red Mist - To any creature the red mist touch within 30 feet, the following abilities can be applied
Abilities:
Slave of Lust: They must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target/s obeys the wielder’s verbal or telepathic commands. If the target/s suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target is immune to this wielder’s charm for the next 24hrs. Charm only five targets at a time if charm to another creature the previous charmers would make another saving throw with advantage.
Seductive Gaze: They must make a DC 20 Charisma saving throw. Those who fail to resist are overwhelmed by the welders' beauty and are at disadvantage on attack rolls, saving throws and ability check for the remainder of the round.
Existential Destruction - Having resistance to psychic damage and when you cast a spell that deals psychic damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to one psychic damage roll of that spell against one of its targets per turn.
Demonic Mentality - Immune to be charmed
