Arcane Scabbard

This worn, dark leather scabbard is wrapped in fine copper strands in an almost vein-like pattern.

Whilst attuned to this item, as a free action, you may manifest a longsword of pure magic in the scabbard by reaching your hand for the hilt. The sword requires one hand to wield, deals as a magic item, and adds +1 to your hit and damage rolls. You may use your Intelligence in place of Strength for attack and damage rolls.

Additionally, when you make the Attack action, you may expend a spell slot to make one additional attack. If this attack hits, it deals an additional 1d6 force damage for each level of spell slot used.

Notes: Arcane caster (wizard, bard, sorceror, Eldritch Knight, or Arcane Trickster)
