Item grants Expertise with arcana check while inscribing items to grant them the magical property. The item requires a steady hand and if used by someone with lack of experience will instead impose disadvantage to arcana checks. Once used, the magic battery back must recharge by spending one month unused gathering magic indirectly. If directly charged (spending spell slots to recharge the pack) it takes a total of 20 1st level spells. MUST BE ATTUNED TO RECHARGE MANUALLY. Example expending a 5th level spell slot will then recharge 5/20 required slots.
