Amulet of Ilmater

This amulet has 3 charges, which refill when the attuned wearer completes a long rest. As a reaction, you can expend 1 charge to make an attack that has hit another creature you can see within 60ft damage yourself instead. The attack damage is suffered by you as psychic damage, and a small scar appears on your body in the place where the attack hit the creature. 

While attuned to this amulet, your Constitution increases by 2, and your maximum Constitution score also increases by 2.
